This Privacy Policy explains how Motion Beach LLC (“Motion Beach,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information when you visit motionbeach.com (the “Site”).
This policy covers the Motion Beach website only. The Shoot Manager mobile application is governed by a separate privacy policy at https://shootmanager.motionbeach.com/privacy. If you use the app, that policy applies to your app data.
1. Who We Are

2. The Short Version
We don’t run analytics, advertising, or tracking on this Site. We don’t have user accounts or mailing lists. We don’t sell or share your personal information.
The only information we receive is what your browser sends automatically to load a web page, plus anything you choose to email us.
3. Information We Collect
3.1 Information You Provide
- Search terms. If you use the search box, your query is processed to return results. It is not stored or associated with you.
- Email correspondence. If you email us, we receive your address and whatever you write.
We do not operate user accounts, comment forms, newsletters, or checkout on this Site.
3.2 Information Collected Automatically
Our web host records standard server logs when your browser requests a page. These typically include your IP address, the time of the request, the page requested, your browser type, and the referring page. Logs are used for security and operational purposes and are retained according to our host’s standard practice.
3.3 Information We Do Not Collect
We do not collect Social Security numbers, financial account details, government identification numbers, precise geolocation, or biometric data through this Site. We do not build visitor profiles or track you across websites.
4. Cookies
The Site sets no analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies.
The only cookies set are WordPress session cookies (wp-settings-*) for logged-in site administrators. Ordinary visitors do not receive them.
5. Third Parties
We do not use analytics or advertising services on this Site.
Two categories of third party are nonetheless involved in delivering it:
- Our web host, which processes server logs as described in Section 3.2.
- Content delivery networks that serve certain icon fonts and stylesheets. When your browser requests these files, the provider receives your IP address and basic request information. Currently: Font Awesome (
use.fontawesome.com) and Cloudflare (cdnjs.cloudflare.com).
6. How We Use Information
We use the limited information described above to:
- Operate, maintain, and secure the Site
- Respond to inquiries you send us
- Comply with legal obligations
We do not sell or share your personal information. We do not use it for advertising, profiling, or automated decision-making.
7. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you, to object to or restrict processing, or to receive your data in a portable format. Residents of the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, and other jurisdictions with comprehensive privacy laws have some or all of these rights.
To exercise them, email privacy@motionbeach.com. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law—generally 30 days under GDPR and 45 days under CCPA.
Please note that we hold very little. Unless you have emailed us, we most likely have no personal data about you beyond transient server logs, which are not associated with your name or any identifier we can link to you. Where we cannot identify you within our records, we will tell you so directly rather than leaving your request unanswered.
You will never be treated differently for exercising these rights.
8. Data Retention

- Server logs are retained per our hosting provider’s standard practice.
9. International Visitors
Motion Beach LLC operates in the United States. If you visit from elsewhere, the limited information described above is processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your country.
10. Children’s Privacy
The Site is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA/UK), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, email privacy@motionbeach.com and we will delete it.
11. Security
We use reasonable technical measures to protect information processed through the Site, including HTTPS encryption in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
12. Links to Other Sites
The Site links to third-party websites, including the Apple App Store and our YouTube channel. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those sites, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies.
We do not use affiliate links on this Site. If that changes, this policy will be updated and the links will be clearly disclosed where they appear.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date above.
